Low- or Middle-Income Country (LMIC) Discount: To register with the Low- or Middle-Income Country (LMIC) Discount, please refer to the official World Bank website for a list of countries that qualify. Only those organizations founded and headquartered in a qualifying country are eligible for those rates.

Invoices / Receipts
Invoices and receipts can be downloaded within the registration system "Confit".
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made after registration, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Until June 30, 2025: 20% of the payment amount
- From July 1, 2025: 100% of the payment amount (no refund)
- * Please note that any bank transfer fees associated with the refund will be borne by the applicant.
- * Individual refund procedures will be conducted by the conference secretariat.
